Materials and tools for a pair of bows:

• 2 meters of kapron tape 8 cm wide;
• 1-2 meters of satin ribbon 5 cm wide;
• 3-4 meters of the narrowest satin ribbon (about 3 mm);
• a lighter or a candle, a needle with threads;
• scissors and 2 elastic bands for hair.

The kapron ribbon is cut into segments of 50 cm (four parts are obtained), and the wide satin ribbon is cut into four segments of 30 cm length. The ends of the ribbons are immediately carefully melted.

Two nylon strips are collected along the length of the thread. Stitches are made in the middle of the segments, observing a distance of up to 0.5 cm. The threads are pulled together. The assembly is fixed by a knot. It turns out two "balloons."

The remaining kapron ribbons fold in half along the long side. On a bend (at a distance of 0.2 cm from the edge) a small stitch is sewn. The line is collected and a kapron circle with a hole in the middle is obtained. The more you leave an empty circle, the more luxurious a bow will be.

A thin satin ribbon is laid out with loops along the radii of the nylon circle. It is necessary to try so that one (outer) side of the loops goes beyond the border of the circle by 1-1.5 cm. The other side of the loops is clearly laid along the inner circle of the nylon ribbon (we fix each bend with several stitches).

The ends of a wide satin ribbon are folded to the center with an overlap (about 1 cm) and stitched with small stitches. The thread is pulled together, wrapped several times in the middle and fixed with a knot. All four satin bows are formed in this way. Be sure to ensure that the shiny side of the tape is outside. Two bows are crisscrossed and stitched in the center.

Final assembly: on a satin crossed bows put a nylon circle with eyelets and attach the ball assembled first on top. Parts can be glued together with a thermogun, but it is more reliable to sew with threads. An elastic band is sewn to the lower satin bows.
