Such shells are not afraid of any mechanical impact, with the exception of glossy surfaces, which are afraid of sharp objects. Also, aggressive detergents containing alkali or acid are not afraid of them. If small stone scratches appear on round stone sinks, they can be easily removed by treating with fine sandpaper.Also, bacteria do not accumulate on stone sinks, so they are ideal for installation in both the kitchen and the bathroom. Ceramic is a less durable material, therefore installation of white ceramic sinks is excluded. However, these products also have disadvantages. On the surface of the glass sink, even small drops of water are noticeable, so its surface must be wiped well. And if there is no possibility, it is better to purchase a cheaper model. Not often, but still there are shells made of wood. They are usually made to order and installed in bathrooms made in eco-style.

Round shells come in many different types. For small bathrooms, a round overhead sink with a nightstand is suitable. Installing such a bedside table allows you to save space: you can hide not only drain pipes in it, but also hide cleaning products, shampoos, shower gels, soap and other little things for which there is always not enough space.

The round floor sink is suitable for a spacious bathroom. It is a high, one-piece ceramic cylinder, at the top of which there is a bowl and a tap. Such a sink does not require special installation, but it takes up a lot of space and is expensive. Also in the spacious bathroom, you can install a sink overhead on the countertop. The stone countertop is screwed to the wall and such a sink is placed on top of it. If the countertop is large, you can put two sinks - this is convenient and stylish. Its installation is easier than the mortise version.

For the bathroom, round sinks with a pedestal are also suitable. In this case, install the ceramic bowl on the stand, behind which the drain pipe is hidden.
