To make a festive Christmas tree made of corrugated paper you will need:
- a sheet of dense color cardboard in size A4. This paper is used as a base, so to create a bright contrast, you should take red or blue / blue cardboard;
- deep green corrugated paper;
- scissors;
- to fix the parts, it is better to use double-sided tape, so the work will look neater and it is easier to make a beautiful postcard. If there is no adhesive tape, then PVA glue is quite suitable;
- ordinary pencil.
Stages of postcard manufacturing:
- The base is prepared - for this, a sheet of cardboard is bent in half and a standard blank for a postcard is obtained.
- Then, on one of the halves (from the side of the color layer), a drawing of a future Christmas tree is drawn with a pencil. It is enough to draw just a few lines in the form of an elongated triangle with equal sides.
- Harvested elements for the future Christmas tree. On the card, the herringbone will have a tiered appearance, formed from collected strips of green paper. Five strips of corrugated paper 3 cm wide of different lengths are cut (the length is determined by the desired splendor of the Christmas tree).
- Strips of tape about 1 cm wide are glued onto the workpiece.
- Now, in fact, we begin to make out the Christmas tree, starting from the lower tier. Corrugated strips are slightly collected (it is better to form shallow folds) and glued to the tape. Thus, all five tiers are pasted and the triangular shape of the Christmas tree is formed.
To make the winter picture look complete, you can decorate the top of the tree with a shiny star, and stick rain, bows or something shiny on the corrugated tiers.

Work stages
- A Christmas tree is cut out of a corrugated cardboard in the form of an ordinary triangle and a small rectangle to decorate the inscription.
- A rectangle is cut out of white cardboard, the same shape as corrugated, only a little smaller. The inscription "Happy New Year!" Is applied on the paper.
- Beads are strung on the thread (first small, and then large) and its end is glued to the underside of the tree.
- The thread is wrapped around the Christmas tree and, with each turn, a bead is left on the front side. Moreover, the thread is not located in one place, but diagonally throughout the figure of the Christmas tree.
- When the beads end, the thread is cut and fixed with glue on the wrong side of the tree.
- A Christmas tree is glued onto the white base of the postcard, and a rectangle is attached under it - first corrugated, and on top of it - a white one with an inscription.
