Pool as a popular hydraulic complex for private houses
The pool in the countryside is a popular attribute of comfortable leisure. A water structure can be of various shapes and sizes; it is installed in the open air or indoors.Varieties of pools by design characteristics
Depending on the planned design, the following types of structures are distinguished:- Indoor pools - located inside the building: in a separate extension or within the home, attic or basement;
- outdoor pools - are installed outdoors, are operated only in the warm season.
Types of pools by design and installation method
By design, hydraulic structures are divided into stationary and prefabricated:- Stationary water complexes, as shown by comparison with other options for execution, are particularly popular in the arrangement of suburban estates. Features of the structure:
- the depth, area and shape of the stationary hydraulic complex depend only on the parameters of free space;
- the bowl is made of special hydraulic concrete and reinforcement or is a plastic container around which concrete is poured;
- the construction of a stationary structure will cost several times more in comparison with the purchase of collapsible. At the same time, material, labor and time costs are unconditionally leveled by the quality of operation and the capabilities that characterize the stationary version of the design.
- Collapsible types of water facilities are relatively small, the catalog includes copies of various configurations:
- samples of large and small diameter - from 3-6 meters and up to 12 meters in length, with a depth of up to 1.5 meters;
- design options made of plastic or based on thin steel sheets.
Varieties by type of bowl placement
On this basis, the following pools are distinguished:- fully buried - the top edge of the water feature is at ground / floor level. The most common version of the performance of pools that are installed indoors;
- partially submerged - the top edge of the structure is 50-100 cm higher than the ground / floor level. The actual type of placement of the bowl for outdoor structures;
- ground - these are mainly street collapsible structures with a ladder in the kit, which are installed on the surface.
Varieties of pools according to the bowl material
According to the execution material, the following types of structures are distinguished:- film coated concrete building;
- reinforced concrete base with ceramic tile or mosaic trim;
- steel bowl coated with a film;
- fiberglass structures;
- plastic options in the form of a welded base from polypropylene sheets;
- collapsible film-frame bowl;
- film-inflatable bowl.
Varieties of pools according to functional characteristics
Water facilities for private use are divided according to functionality into 3 main groups:- Swimming. They represent a construction of impressive size in comparison with other analogues of water complexes for summer cottages.
- Hydromassage. Mini-pools in the form of a spa zone or a jacuzzi are designed for passive relaxation, but sometimes they are equipped with water simulators.
- Font. A small-format construction with cold water at the bathhouse for the effect of diving into the hole after the steam room.
Varieties according to the principle of the water supply system
Pools also differ in the nature of water exchange:- bulk versions of complexes operate without a water treatment system. These are mainly fonts and inflatable pools: the cup is filled with water and drained after use;
- flow-through variant of water exchange - water through the overflow tray / trough is drained into the sewer, periodically pour clean water into the bowl;
- recirculation water exchange system - through the overflow tray, water enters the compensation tank and is taken by the pumps for heating and filtration.
