Making such a souvenir is quite simple. Probably everyone in the house on the bookshelf will have an old book, long read and forgotten by everyone, which is a pity to throw away. However, such a tome can be given a second life, turning it into an unusual accessory - a watch, thus combining beautiful with useful.

To start working on a watch, select a hardcover book that matches your room interior or, on the contrary, becomes an extravagant accent in it. The book should be strong enough and keep upright without supports. The most suitable dimensions for this, so that the volume of pages between bookends is 5 - 7.5 cm:

In a room with a romantic design, it is better to use pastel muted colors of binding. If your library does not have volumes with a suitable cover, then in the bookstore you can purchase the desired copy.

In addition, such unusual watches can become a memorable decoration if they are made from a book that played a significant role in your destiny. For example, a book that you took with you on a romantic trip will always remind you of pleasant moments in life.

So, let's get to work.
