Thread lampshade: DIY beauty

Recently, hand-made things are becoming more and more popular. This is understandable, because exclusive items make the interior original.

From dense threads and glue it is possible to make not only a round lamp (with a balloon), but also a lampshade for a table lamp. There is nothing complicated in the manufacture of such a lampshade, and as a result you will get a wonderful element of the interior that will decorate any room in the house.

What is needed:
  1. old lampshade;
  2. thick threads (can be woolen);
  3. wallpaper glue;
  4. scissors;
  5. baking paper;
  6. scotch tape or stapler.

1. Fasten the paper

In principle, the lampshade can be of any shape, it all depends on your imagination. So, first you need to remove the old lampshade and wrap it with paper. Attach the paper to the lampshade using tape or a stapler.

2. We wind the thread

Then also fix the thread on the paper and start wrapping the lampshade. This is the most interesting stage: here you can show your imagination and create an original pattern. When done, fasten the end of the thread with tape.
