Sunny interior of the Kaliningrad house

Sunny house in Kaliningrad

We offer you a tour of an interesting country house, which is located in Kaliningrad. The original mixture of European and Russian country style in the interior design of this household can serve as an inspiration for our compatriots. Many design decisions and techniques can be safely used in the modern interior of a country house, and some design elements can be integrated into the framework of urban apartments.

In the living room by the window

It is not without reason that the Kaliningrad house is called sunny - large windows allow the room to literally be buried in natural pastel colors in gentle pastel colors. Only a thin snow-white tulle is between the room and the sun's rays. In order to hide the living room space from daylight, the windows are decorated with dense mustard-colored curtains, decorated with fringe and assembled using laces with tassels.

French style furniture

In the living room, as, indeed, throughout the house, we can see many examples of both Russian country and, for example, the influence of French Provence. Decorative elements made of dark wrought metal, in contrast to the snow-white furniture, made in the old-fashioned manner, and the floral upholstery of upholstered furniture is contrasted with strict, natural shades.

Upholstery Floral Print

Snow-white ceilings with light stucco decoration are decorated with original carved chandeliers with lamps imitating candles. Wall decoration warms the eyes with delicate pastel shades, wood flooring also adds warmth to the space. The use of snow-white cabinets-showcases with glass inserts instead of deaf storage systems contributes not only to the visual expansion of the space, but also to giving the room lightness and freshness.

Original frames

In the interior of a country house, much attention is paid to decor items and small things, which make up the overall picture of the entire building. Artwork and family photos are placed in carved frames of light colors and seemingly randomly located on the walls, but for residents this is their own unique order.

Attention to detail

Even the most insignificant, at first glance, interior detail is given attention - a vase for flowers or a brush on laces for collecting curtains are selected with the utmost care to harmoniously complete the image of the room.

Fireplace stove

In the spacious living room there was a place for a family hearth - it is something between a Russian stove and a European fireplace. The original design and method of decorating the fireplace became the highlight of the living room in the Kaliningrad house. Facing tiles of the stove, similar to Russian tiles, were also reflected in the decoration of the space around the fireplace - snow-white ceramic tiles laid diagonally look great in a fringing with a floral pattern.

Kitchen

Also, on the ground floor of a private house there is a spacious kitchen with access to the dining room. Few things in this traditional kitchen space indicate country style - only worktops made of dark wood, and the original pattern of ceramic tiles integrated into the floor covering. The kitchen room, bright in every sense, is really one of the most important spaces in the house, for coordinating all family processes.

Canteen

So, we are in the dining room, part of which we have already seen from the kitchen. Thanks to modern powerful hoods, there is no need to equip the dining room or kitchen with doors, limiting the space, you can be absolutely sure that the smells of cooking do not penetrate into the dining room. In the dining room, we see the continuation of the kitchen theme in the decoration of almost all surfaces, with the exception of one accent wall, made in light blue pastel color. Against such a background, a carved sideboard from a dark solid wood, made in an old-fashioned manner, looks great. The dining group consisted of a snow-white table and French chairs made of similar material, and a boiling white handmade tablecloth with lace completed the image of a cozy and incredibly comfortable dining room.

Bedroom

On the second floor there are private rooms, including bedrooms. And again, a spacious room, flooded with sunlight, a floral theme in the design of walls and horse openings, cabinets with glass doors and French-style furniture. But here we see the favorite drawing of the parquet flooring on the floor by many of our compatriots.

In the bedroom, the interior is not poorer than the original and sophisticated decor - if a chest of drawers, then on elegant legs and in the French style, if the frame is for a mirror, then it is certainly carved and luxurious.

Bathroom

The roomy bathroom room was no exception in terms of space design - the soft pink tone of the ceramic tiles contrasts with the bright ornament of the floor covering and decorative edging. The originality and originality of the interior of the room for water procedures brought an unusual design of the mirror, made in the form of an arched window with shutters.

Cabinet

The spacious and bright study, also located on the second floor, is designed in a common color scheme with the whole building - a snow-white ceiling, pastel tone of the walls and dark wood flooring. In the room for work and creativity, the window design is made in a more restrained version - Roman curtains of chocolate shade decorated the space. Light leather upholstery of upholstered furniture goes well with dark wood furnishings, creating the contrast and dynamism necessary for the workspace.

Children in the attic

In the attic there is the soft pink kingdom of the children's room. For asymmetric spaces with a large sloping ceilings, a light finish is the best option, and cladding with wooden panels is a great way to integrate the features of suburban life into the interior.

Niche Crib

When the roof of the home has such a complicated structure that it is not easy to distribute the living segments of the room throughout the attic, you have to resort to tricks, carving out a suitable place, especially for the bed. A sleeping place located in a niche with two window openings has become an ideal option for a small child, because children like small spaces in which it is easier to feel cozy and comfortable.

Forged lamp

In the attic

To create an interior with a special charm of a rustic atmosphere, carved pendant lamps of an original design, light furniture on bent legs and textiles with floral prints, assemblies and edging are also used.
