Roman curtains - a beautiful and practical solution

Roman curtains appeared on our market relatively recently. However, they immediately managed to gain considerable popularity. What are they like? A fairly simple design, usually consisting of strips of dense canvas, which are stacked on top of each other. Such curtains are attached to the cornice, and the bottom can be decorated as you like: even with embroidery, even with ruffles, even with brushes. Between these fabric strips, wooden battens are laid for greater rigidity as well as decorativeness. As already mentioned, the Roman curtain is a piece of fabric that covers the window completely. When it is raised, due to the hard rails, which are fixed on the wrong side, folds are formed.
