DIY cat-shaped curtain hook
Any, at first glance, trifle in the interior can become a unique decoration of the living space. For example, a usual curtain pickup, which used to carry out only a practical function, will become an original exclusive detail of your room.
1. Making blanks
Draw a cat on the fabric. Then cut two rectangular strips of the same size. Fold them in half and sew on both sides. Turn out the strips and sew the rest.
2. Sew Velcro
Sew a piece of Velcro with hooks to one side of the strip and a pile to the other. Do the same with the second lane.
3. Sew the cat
Cut two identical pieces in the shape of a cat. Then sew them with the wrong side to each other, leaving a small, non-stitched area. Turn out and attach the strip as shown in the figure (these will be the front legs of the cat).
4. We stuff the cat with cotton
Fill the cat with cotton and sew a hole. You can cut a heart out of felt and sew it on a catch.
5. Add the final elements
Wrap the ribbon around the cat’s neck and sew the edges. Eyes can be made from buttons. Cute and original catch for curtains is ready!
