Romantic glowing swan

Conventional plastic film (polyethylene) can be the main material for creating an amazing swan. The majestic bird equipped with illumination will give your garden individuality and special charm. To make such a swan, prepare:

• Scotch;
• aluminum wire;
• linoleum backing (isolon residues);
• clear plastic bottle (5l);
• polyethylene up to 7 m (or film for greenhouses).

Step 1. We determine the size of the bird and make the frame from the bottle and wire.

Step 2. Cut the isolon into narrow long strips, tightly wrap the frame around them and fasten it with tape.

Step 3. Cut the polyethylene into long strips, give them splendor. To do this, make small uniform incisions on one side.

Step 4. Carefully wrap the finished frame with plastic fringe strips outward. It’s more convenient to start with the tail. In the process, carefully cauterize the polyethylene to adhere it to the base. It is best to burn with a heated screwdriver.

Step 5. Similarly, we craft the wings of a bird and attach it to the frame.

Step 6. The following options can be used for backlighting. You can put a regular round lantern in a bottle or decorate a bird with LED self-adhesive tape. You can also attach flexible neon tubes on top.

It is better to put the resulting swan near the reservoir, if it is near the house.

Crafts for the garden of wood and stone

Boards or stones are an excellent basis for creating wonderful gizmos. Using acrylic paints, multi-colored glass fragments, beads and other details, you can make a real work of art.

Paint the surface of the boulders or hemp with fluorescent paint and you will have charming night lanterns. And funny little men, gnomes, cute animals and insects, made by hand, will become permanent residents of your fairy garden.

The use of plastic, namely plastic bottles of various sizes is the most economical option for decorating the garden. From this material you can create anything you want! The main thing here is your desire and imagination.

A tropical garden paradise is possible! After all, exclusive tropical trees and plants, such as palm trees or cacti, can be made from plastic bottles. And you want to add a little romantic tenderness, complement the garden with daisies, roses, bells, poppies.

Note: place plastic crafts in the depths of flower beds or the garden, especially if small children play in the yard. So, they will not be able to reach the artificial decor with their hands, because the edges of plastic products can easily hurt.
