Formally, all the lighting of the yard and the house can be divided into functional (utilitarian) and decorative. From the names it is clear that the first is necessary to a greater extent for safety (it includes the illumination of the entrance to the building, garage, gate or gate, the entrance to the site itself), and the second is responsible for decorating the territory with lighting (highlighting the most prominent elements of landscape design, which can be both fountains and bridges across the pond, or the most common lilac bush).
